All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). axebet does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.
Deposits are credited to your axebet account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. axebet does not charge fees on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. axebet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving bank. axebet does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit where applicable.
All axebet account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied. The amount displayed in your account is the amount available for withdrawal.
axebet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Failure to meet requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
axebet reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
axebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.

axebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon closure of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach or fraud may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory reporting.
You may close your axebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
axebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
